Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data Levana (1to1000 Ltd.) holds about you, including data obtained via Facebook Login when you connect a Facebook Page through our Facebook Integration addon.

What we store via Facebook Login

• Your Facebook user ID and display name.
• An encrypted access token for the Facebook Page you authorized.
• The Page ID and Page name.
• Records of posts we created on your behalf to your Page.
• Records of comments received on those posts and replies sent by our agent.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion in either of two ways:

1. Disconnect from inside the app: sign in to your Levana account, open the Facebook Integration page, and click Disconnect. This immediately removes your encrypted Facebook access tokens, your Page binding, and stops all further posting and reply activity on your behalf. Historical post and comment records linked to your account will be deleted within 30 days.
2. Email us: send a request to support@1to1000.ai from the email associated with your Levana account. Subject: "Data deletion request". We will confirm within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your encrypted Facebook user and Page access tokens.
• Your Facebook user ID and Page ID linkage.
• All comment threads and reply messages stored on our servers.
• All records of posts published by us to your Page.
• Your Levana account, listings, and related profile data on request.

Note: deletion on Levana's side does not remove posts that were already published to your Facebook Page. To remove those, delete them from your Facebook Page directly.
